  • 1 box red velvet cake mix 15.25 ounces
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup red and pink sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine cake mix, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
  7. Sprinkle with red and pink sprinkles before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use brown butter instead of melted butter.
