Method
- Prep the salad ingredients. Slice the watermelon, cucumber, and red onion. Crumble the feta.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic, mint, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the watermelon, cucumber, feta, and red onion to a bowl and gently mix. Pour dressing overtop and gently mix.
Notes
For best flavor, let the salad sit for 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
