drained and rinsed

Sabra hummus
any flavor

celery

Thinly sliced cucumber
Roasted red pepper
drained and sliced
Method
Mash chickpeas, add hummus and celery.
Line bread with cucumber, add chickpea salad, top with red pepper and bread.
Cut edges and halve sandwiches. Store until serving.
Notes
Add a sprinkle of paprika for extra flavor.
