Method
- Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter. Re-roll scraps.
- Toss potato hearts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place potato hearts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and serve immediately. Garnish if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pat the potato hearts dry with a paper towel before air frying.
