Method
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Mix soup, broth, vegetables, and seasonings; pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, then shred chicken and return to slow cooker.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and add to the slow cooker; cook on high for 30-40 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a thicker broth, cook uncovered for the last 15 minutes.
