Hummus Platter Ingredients
  • 10 ounce hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • Pita bread or pita chips for serving
  • Carrot sticks for serving
  • Celery sticks for serving
  • Radishes sliced (optional)
  • Pickled onions (optional)
  • Sprinkle of paprika (optional)
  • Sprinkle of za'atar (optional)

Method
 

  1. Arrange hummus in the center of a large platter.
  2. Drizzle hummus with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika or za'atar if desired.
  3. Arrange the sliced cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, olives, carrot sticks, celery sticks, and radishes (if using) around the hummus.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese and parsley over the hummus and vegetables.
  5. Serve immediately with pita bread or pita chips and lemon wedges. Pickled onions can also be added to the platter.
