Method
- Arrange hummus in the center of a large platter.
- Drizzle hummus with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika or za'atar if desired.
- Arrange the sliced cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, olives, carrot sticks, celery sticks, and radishes (if using) around the hummus.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and parsley over the hummus and vegetables.
- Serve immediately with pita bread or pita chips and lemon wedges. Pickled onions can also be added to the platter.
