Method
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger (if using) in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken, season with salt and pepper, then cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Shred chicken and stir back into sauce, then serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
