Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add-ins
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into greased slow cooker.
  4. Pour boiling water over batter; do not stir.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2-2.5 hours until set.
  6. Let sit for 30 minutes, then serve warm.
