Method
- Place chicken breasts in slow cooker with broth, vegetables, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred, and return to the cooker.
- Add noodles and peas, cook for 15-30 minutes until tender.
- Remove bay leaf, serve hot. Enjoy!
