Method
- Heat oil and brown beef cubes in a skillet.
- Transfer beef to slow cooker, add vegetables.
- Mix broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper; pour over ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
