Salad
  • 4 cups fresh watermelon cubed
  • 2 cups cucumber sliced (preferably English)
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Slice watermelon and cucumber.
  2. Combine watermelon and cucumber in a bowl.
  3. Add feta and mint.
  4. Whisk olive oil and lemon juice; drizzle over salad.
  5. Toss gently.
