- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add the diced avocado, cotija cheese, and cilantro.
- Pour Santa Fe Salad Dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the dressing or include some chopped jalapeño in the salad.
