Method
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla instant pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Fold in the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- In clear cups or glasses, layer the dessert starting with a layer of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the pudding mixture on top of the cookie layer.
- Next, add a layer of diced strawberries followed by a layer of blueberries.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped topping.
- Top the cups with remaining crushed cookies and sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
You can substitute the fruits with other berries if desired.
