  • 2 lobster tails 6-8 ounces each
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail, loosen meat.
  3. Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  5. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lobster is opaque and reaches 140°F (60°C).
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
