Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail, loosen meat.
- Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lobster is opaque and reaches 140°F (60°C).
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
