- Prepare the meat: Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

- Marinate the meat: Add beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

- Cook the meat: Spear beef cubes and cook in hot oil until done (1-2 minutes).
