Method
- Optional: Sear the pork chops in 1 tbsp of butter for 2 minutes per side until golden.
- Whisk together heavy cream, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Place pork chops in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
- Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours until tender and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with vegetables or cauliflower mash.
