Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 4 pieces thick-cut beef chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Optional: Sear the pork chops in 1 tbsp of butter for 2 minutes per side until golden.
  2. Whisk together heavy cream, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  3. Place pork chops in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours until tender and sauce thickens.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve with vegetables or cauliflower mash.

Notes

Ensure to adjust salt and pepper to taste for best flavor.
