Method
- Drain, rinse, and remove the skin from the chickpeas.
- Process chickpeas, garlic, and water in a food processor for 30 seconds.
- Add tahini, salt, and lemon juice; process until smooth. Add olive oil and mix for 10 seconds.
- Spoon hummus onto a plate, add olive oil, chickpeas, and toppings.
Notes
For a smoother hummus, blend the tahini with lemon juice before adding the chickpeas.
