Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cut pita bread into wedges and separate into individual chips.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Spread pita wedges on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Cool completely.
- Combine mango, strawberries, blueberries, mint, and lime juice in a medium bowl.
- Gently stir to combine. Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
For a sweeter salsa, add a touch of honey or agave nectar.
