Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in tomatoes, broth, seasonings; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta; toss and serve topped with Parmesan.
Notes
You can add chopped herbs or a dash of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
