Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
Ground Beef
  • 1 pound ground beef
Vegetables
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Canned Tomatoes
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
Broth
  • 1 cup beef broth
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
Cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving) Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, broth, seasonings; simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta; toss and serve topped with Parmesan.

Notes

You can add chopped herbs or a dash of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
