Method
- Cook pasta, drain, and rinse under cold water.
- Air fry chickpeas with olive oil and oregano at 200C for 10 minutes, or drain and rinse.
- Dice red onion, green peppers, parsley, and cucumber. Crumble feta and halve tomatoes and olives.
- Make the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients in a jar and shaking.
- Add all salad ingredients to a bowl, pour over dressing, and toss.
- Serve immediately.
