  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bag leafy greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Mix Greens: Combine greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a bowl.
