Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 1 lb. strawberries sliced or diced
  • 1 lb. fresh pineapple diced
  • 3 mandarin oranges peeled, segmented & cut in half
  • 4 kiwis peeled & diced
  • 1-1.5 cups blueberries about 12 ounces
Dressing
  • 3 limes juiced
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp poppy seeds

Method
 

  1. Make the dressing. Whisk lime juice, honey, and poppy seeds together.
  2. Assemble the salad. Add chopped fruits to a large bowl.
  3. If serving immediately: Pour dressing over salad and toss. If serving later: Chill fruit, then toss with dressing before serving.

Notes

Adjust the amount of honey to your desired sweetness.
