Method
- Combine chocolate, heavy cream, and milk in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (or in a fondue pot).
- Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Stir in liqueur (if using).
- Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
- Serve with assorted dippers.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate. Adjust the amount of milk to achieve desired consistency.
