Method
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker, then add carrots, peas, celery, and onion.
- Mix chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper; pour over ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker.
- Roll out pie crusts, cut into strips or squares, and place on top of the mixture for the last 30 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious chicken pot pie.
