Delightful Easter treat! Fresh strawberries filled with creamy cheesecake filling and festive toppings.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries large and firm
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs optional
  • Easter sprinkles crushed mini eggs, or pastel sanding sugar for topping

Method
 

  1. Prep berries: Rinse, dry, slice tops, and carve a cone-shaped hollow.
  2. Whip filling: Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
  3. Pipe filling: Spoon into piping bag or zip-top bag with snipped corner.
  4. Fill & decorate: Pipe filling into strawberries and add toppings immediately.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up filling.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, firm strawberries and chill thoroughly before serving.
