Method
- Prep berries: Rinse, dry, slice tops, and carve a cone-shaped hollow.
- Whip filling: Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
- Pipe filling: Spoon into piping bag or zip-top bag with snipped corner.
- Fill & decorate: Pipe filling into strawberries and add toppings immediately.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up filling.
