Method
- Prepare or purchase all ingredients.
- Arrange hummus, baba ghanoush, and tzatziki in separate bowls.
- Place marinated olives, feta cheese, and dolmades in smaller serving dishes.
- Cut pita bread into wedges and arrange around the dips.
- Slice cucumber and bell peppers into sticks.
- Arrange cucumber, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes around the platter.
- If using falafel and/or halloumi, prepare according to package instructions and add to the platter.
- Drizzle olive oil over the feta and vegetables.
