Ingredients
  

Mezze Platter Ingredients
  • 1 container Hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 1 container Baba Ghanoush store-bought or homemade
  • 1 container Tzatziki store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Marinated Olives
  • 4 oz Feta Cheese
  • 12 pieces Dolmades stuffed grape leaves
  • 1 package Pita Bread
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Bell Peppers
  • 12 pieces Falafel optional
  • 4 oz Labneh optional
  • 4 oz Grilled Halloumi optional
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs parsley, mint
  • 1 wedge Lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Prepare or purchase all ingredients.
  2. Arrange hummus, baba ghanoush, and tzatziki in separate bowls.
  3. Place marinated olives, feta cheese, and dolmades in smaller serving dishes.
  4. Cut pita bread into wedges and arrange around the dips.
  5. Slice cucumber and bell peppers into sticks.
  6. Arrange cucumber, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes around the platter.
  7. If using falafel and/or halloumi, prepare according to package instructions and add to the platter.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and vegetables.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Customize your platter with your favorite Mediterranean ingredients. Consider adding roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
