Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles, then set aside.
- Cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Mix ricotta, egg, salt, and pepper. Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta, beef, and cheeses in a baking dish. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining sauce and cheeses. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the lasagna rest before serving.
