Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unfold puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut puff pastry into 2-inch squares.
- Place a brie cube in the center of each square.
- Top each brie cube with a small dollop of fruit preserves.
- Brush the edges of the pastry squares with egg wash.
- Fold two opposite corners towards the center, pinching to seal.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with honey (optional) and serve warm.

For a richer flavor, use a high-quality brie cheese. You can also experiment with different types of fruit preserves to find your favorite combination.
