  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 3/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 large eggs eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and whisk in honey, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.
