Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip half of each pretzel rod into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Place the dipped pretzel rods on the prepared baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
- Repeat the dipping process with the red chocolate melts, then with the blue chocolate melts for the remaining pretzel rods, using the same method.
- Once all pretzel rods are dipped and decorated, refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
- Once set, serve the pretzel rods on a festive platter for your 4th of July celebration.
