Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup red chocolate melts
  • 1 cup blue chocolate melts
  • 12 large pretzel rods
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (red, white, and blue)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Dip half of each pretzel rod into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  4. Place the dipped pretzel rods on the prepared baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
  5. Repeat the dipping process with the red chocolate melts, then with the blue chocolate melts for the remaining pretzel rods, using the same method.
  6. Once all pretzel rods are dipped and decorated, refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  7. Once set, serve the pretzel rods on a festive platter for your 4th of July celebration.
