Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 0.5 lb short pasta (e.g., lumache)
Garlic Butter Brie
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp crushed red chili flakes
  • 8 oz Brie or Camembert
Lemon-Garlic Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 0.33 cup lemon-garlic panko breadcrumbs
Lemon-Garlic Panko Breadcrumbs:
  • 0.5 cup plain panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove garlic clove, minced
  • 0.5 lemon Juice of ½ lemon
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Score brie and place in ovenproof dish.
  2. Melt butter, add garlic and chili flakes, sauté. Stir in parsley, pour over brie. Bake 10-15 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta until al dente, reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  4. For breadcrumbs, heat oil, add garlic, sauté. Stir in panko, toast. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and salt.
  5. Mash brie, stir in pasta, add pasta water until creamy.
  6. Transfer to bowls, top with breadcrumbs, garnish with parsley.

Notes

Adjust the amount of chili flakes to your spice preference.
